5G and Beyond...
In the new smart environment including 5G communication, cyber-physical systems, IoT, industrial internet of things, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence (AI), low-volume manufacturing of highly integrated and functional modules will be required. Inkjet printing process with ceramic inks can satisfy the requirement. We expect that industry of ceramic materials and inkjet printing process will increase a lot in the smart environment for 5G and beyond
ABOUT US
Combined, highly integrated, flexible, and good heat dissipation modules/devices are required along with advent of the fourth industrial revolution. Our goal is to make such modules by using inkjet printing process. We develop various ceramic inks. The reason why we use ceramics is as follows: Ceramics have a good heat dissipation property and can be flexible when they are unbaked.
In the new industrial environment, low-volume manufacturing of highly integrated and functional modules is highly required. In our company, low-volume manufacturing is possible because we use drop-on-demand method and additive manufacturing of inkjet technology. We can control ink droplet deposition accurately only on the needed place, which makes production at a low cost be possible, maintaining of robust quality in every production.
